🧘 October was a very special month. We've decided to dedicate all of our initiatives to Mental Health awareness during this month. We held 3 Impostor PM Clubs - all about MH-related topics -, and we had our final Mental Health Series session with the participation of Dominique Jost about Stress Management & Self Care for Product Leaders. 🙌 So glad to see so many Product Managers openly engaging in these discussions, eager to speak and share their pains and strategies. Today, October 10th, on International Mental Health Day, we want to thank everyone who has contributed with openness to addressing these issues. From our Mental Health Series speakers this year, Celso Costa and Beks Yelland to every person who participated in our Clubs, sharing their fears and challenges, not only to help themselves but also to impact others’ lives within the community. For this reason in October, all our Clubs in every city will focus on mental health, creating open spaces to discuss the challenges and strategies for well-being in product management. Remember, taking care of your mental health is a journey—and one single conversation can brings you one step closer to creating a healthier, more resilient you.

What a day! 🤯 Yesterday, The Impostor PM team was on the PRODUCTIZED conference. 🚀 We were invited to facilitate a session about how Product Managers and Product Leaders can do a better job at balancing the constant challenge of whether prioritising strategic work or tactical one on our day do days. It was amazing! We had the special participation of Rich Mironov one of our industry greatest veterans and it was really insightful with a lot of practical advises for everyone. 👏 We are so grateful for the invitation Andre Marquet and Joao Moita extended us. It was great to see all our local 🇵🇹 communities together for a day to create such an unique experience. Now we're looking forward to Friday, on what will definitely be a very interesting day with a lot of talks and discussions about the future of Product Management. #productized #impostorpm #product

Tomorrow, another edition of the PRODUCTIZED conference will start. For 3 days, the center of the Product World is back in Lisbon! 🚋 This year will be particularly special for The Impostor PM Community. On day 1 - the Leadership Forum - our community will participate by facilitating a session to discuss the current industry trends on 𝘽𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨. This session will even have the special participation of Rich Mironov an industry veteran who'll be eager to share his own experience.
