As we approach the end of EESI's 40th year, Daniel Bresette sat down to share what he's learned so far as the organization's president. Reflecting on the evolving challenges of bipartisanship in Congress since 1984, he said, "The Inflation Reduction Act was not bipartisan, but its impact will make it harder for its opponents to ignore the benefits of investing in climate solutions. Whenever Congress decides to take big action, it is essential for EESI to be there with new educational resources about non-partisan, science-based solutions." Check out the full article for Daniel's thoughts on the upcoming Congress, the latest with EESI's technical assistance work, and his advice for young people passionate about climate. 📰 https://lnkd.in/eCbJ24WR #EESIat40 #Nonprofit #ClimateAction #ClimateLeader #IRA #Bipartisan
