As Utility Dive says in a recent article, state utility regulators are battling load growth, reliability and permitting amid energy transition. Utility regulators are facing competing pressure as the energy transition continues, including the need to balance state and corporate clean energy targets while prioritizing reliability, affordability and orderly infrastructure buildout.
