Wynonna Judd's Daughter Grace Kelley's Latest Mugshot Surfaces Following Georgia Arrest

Kelley was arrested and booked on three counts in Georgia on Aug. 3 following an Alabama arrest on separate charges earlier this year

Wynonna Judd's troubled daughter Grace Kelley is unrecognizable in her new mugshot after being arrested in Georgia. Usually a brunette, the 28-year-old now is rocking a platinum blonde cropped hairdo as she scowls in her latest booking photo, taken in Carrollton on August 3. She shows off her large face tattoo which appears to say 'Forbidden' as well as another inking on the opposite cheek, and one on her neck. The daughter of Judd, 60, and Arch Kelley III was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly. In the photo, she appears slightly cleaner cut than she did in her previous mugshot after being arrested in Alabama for indecent exposure just four months ago. In that case, she was accused of flashing her breasts at the side of a busy highway and charged with soliciting prostitution. Following her most recent arrest, Kelley was booked in Carroll County Jail on three counts and released the following day on $2,750 bond. 12 Aug 2024 Pictured: Grace Kelley. Wynonna Judd's daughter Grace Kelley's mugshot has been released by the Carroll County Sheriff's Office following her Georgia arrest earlier this month.

Judd's daughter, 28, was taken into custody on Aug. 3, sporting a cropped platinum blonde haircut and a face tattoo above her right eyebrow that says "forbidden," plus other inkings on her opposite cheek and neck in the photo.

According to Kelley's arrest record, previously obtained by PEOPLE, she was arrested that day and booked in Carroll County Jail on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment properly. She was released on a $2,750 bond the following day.

Representatives for Judd and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment at the time.

The daughter of Judd, 60, and Arch Kelley III had already been arrested in Alabama on April 5 on separate charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, per local news outlet AL.com.

Kelley was hit with another charge a week later, on April 11, after she reportedly "exposed her breasts and lower body" on a busy highway. She was charged with soliciting prostitution with an initial bond of $2,000 before it increased to $2,500 on April 17. According to the New York Daily News, the charge was later dropped, while the indecent exposure charge was lessened to public lewdness.

Per a report from local news outlet WSFA, Kelley pled guilty to her remaining charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations. The former charge landed her a $200 fine with a 90-day jail sentence suspended while the other got her 60 days in jail. She was released on May 23.

Kelley's recent run-ins with the law aren't her first. In 2017, she pleaded guilty to the manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession of meth in Tennessee's Williamson County Court, according to The Tennessean. She was sentenced to eight years in prison the following year.

Per The Daily Beast, she was released from jail early in December 2022 but was sent back in May 2023 after violating an order of protection and parole. She was released from jail again that October.

At that time, Kelley was allowed a temporary leave of absence when she gave birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, in March 2022. According to Entertainment Tonight, Judd has been taking care of her two-year-old granddaughter since then.
