Let the cravings begin: Mindy Lahiri has a Castellano bun in the oven.

The Mindy Project creator, star and all around renaissance woman Mindy Kaling is back to work on the comedy now that Hulu has picked it up for a fourth season, and her character’s pregnancy is on full display.

Kaling, 36, posted an Instagram on Thursday of the cast and crew preparing to shoot a scene on the New York subway, and her maternity fashion is as chic as expected. The actress wears a vibrant orange tweed topper and matching pumps styled by costume designer Salvador Perez.

“What is the opposite of ‘barefoot and pregnant’? That is what my costume designer @salvadorperezcostumes has custom made for Mindy Lahiri. And while Jane Birkin may be mad at Hermes, Mindy Lahiri is not,” she captioned the photo, adding in another post, “This is called a marking rehearsal, by the way. Where we stand in place and our hard working camera crew do a test run of the shot. Notice they made my tape mark match my @salvadorperezcostumes outfit! What a bunch of pros.”

On the show, Mindy is expecting a child with her fellow doctor Danny Castellano (Chris Messina).

Fox canceled the critically acclaimed – but vastly underrated – series in May, but before fans could utter a “How dare you?!” Hulu agreed to stream 26 new episodes.
