Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. is an American actor and producer. He made his film debut at age 5 in his father Robert Downey's film Pound (1970). Downey Jr. went on to appear on Saturday Night Live (1985-1986), Chaplin (1992), Natural Born Killers (1994), Gothika (2003), Tropic Thunder (2008), the Sherlock Holmes franchise (2009-present) and Due Date (2010). Downey Jr. is best known for playing Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (2008-2019). He has been nominated for two Academy Awards and one Emmy Award.
