Emma Corrin Hold Hands with Rami Malek in Soaked Pants During Barefoot Stroll on Beach in Brazil

Rami Malek and Emma Corrin are enjoying a romantic excursion together during their visit to Brazil.

The Crown actor (who uses they/them pronouns), 28, and Bohemian Rhapsody star, 43, were photographed taking a barefoot stroll together in Ipanema on Saturday, July 14 about a year after they were first romantically linked.

Corrin wore a cream shirt and blue striped shorts on the outing, finishing the look with a pair of sunglasses.

Malek chose a monochromatic cream look that matched Corrin's, in a loose-fitting shirt and pants. He also donned a pair of sunglasses. He appeared to have been caught off guard by a crashing wave as his pants were seemingly soaked up past his knees.

The actors held hands and carried their shoes (Sambas for Maleks and Birkenstock clogs for Corrin) as they walked barefoot along the shore in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. They casually draped their arms around one another's shoulders in one photograph.

Corrin and Malek were first linked in the summer of 2023 when a source told PEOPLE that they were having "fun" together "and they are affectionate."

In September 2023, they were seen in the stands of the US Open in New York City. Reps for Corrin and Malek did not respond to PEOPLE's requests for comment about their relationship at the time.

Corrin's casual beach day with Malek came days after they were on a press tour for their upcoming film Deadpool & Wolverine.

They rocked some attention-grabbing, high-fashion looks while promoting the film, memorably choosing to go topless underneath an open Schiaparelli cropped leather jacket and pairing it with a corset. Both garments were embellished with belt buckles and paired with black slacks.

Days before the Thursday, July 11 fan event in London, Corrin wore a high-neck, black Saint Laurent dress with belt detailing at the waist at an event in Berlin on Sunday, July 7.
