Comedian Dana Carvey did a pitch-perfect impression of President Donald Trump during an appearance on Conan on Thursday night.

The former Saturday Night Live and Wayne’s World star went on to explain the evolution of his impression, which involved some unexpected inspiration from the likes of Regis Philbin and Marlon Brando.

He also threw in impersonations of former Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon and Barack Obama — speculating about what Nixon’s Twitter persona would have been like and poking fun of Obama’s relaxed, post-presidency vibe (“Did you hear about North Korea?” “F— them, gimmie a beer!”).
