Lady Gaga Seen Performing on the Seine River in Paris Ahead of 2024 Summer Olympics Opening Ceremony

It seems Lady Gaga is singing at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics after all.

The pop superstar, 38, was seen performing alongside the Seine river in the French capital on July 26 while sporting an extravagant ensemble, surrounded by several dancers and lots of colorful feathers.

In photos from the moment, Gaga appears to sing and dance on Paris-themed sets — and even gets lifted high in the air by a dancer at one point.

The Grammy and Oscar winner has been out and about in the city this week, greeting fans and sporting casual looks as she prepared for the performance.

The 2024 Summer Olympics kick off July 26 with the opening ceremony, held on the Seine river. Team USA will be led by Coco Gauff and LeBron James as flagbearers.

Also rumored to perform during this season's Olympic Games is Céline Dion, whose return to the stage would mark her first since announcing her stiff-person syndrome diagnosis in December 2022. Over the past week, she has been spotted greeting fans in Paris on multiple occasions.

Dion's public appearances come after Variety reported that she'll be performing at the Olympics in Paris, with TMZ also reporting that the "My Heart Will Go On" singer will earn $2 million for a one-song opening ceremony performance on July 26.

Gaga's performance, on the other hand, would mark her first since wrapping her Jazz & Piano residency at Park MGM's Dolby Live in Las Vegas earlier this month.

The "Bad Romance" performer is currently gearing up for the October release of her next film, Joker: Folie à Deux — and working on new music, as she's shared several photos from recording studios as of late.

A source recently told PEOPLE that Gaga has "never been happier" about the material she's been recording lately, adding, "She’s feeling the most creative she’s ever been."
