Outer Banks Season 4 Part 2 Trailer Hints at Madelyn Cline's Character's Pregnancy as Fans Speculate About the Series End

Fans think that Sarah Cameron (Cline) might be pregnant after she suggested that Kiara (Madison Bailey) "could find one positive thing" in the trailer

The stakes are higher than ever for the Pogues in part 2 of Outer Banks season 4.

In the trailer for the second half of season 4, the Pogues take their treasure-hunting international again as they head to Morocco in search of Blackbeard's Blue Crown — and somehow, they have even more to lose this time.

The part 1 finale left off with a bombshell for JJ (Rudy Pankow) about his real parents and Sarah (Madelyn Cline) and Pope (Jonathan Daviss) stuck in an underground tunnel with rising water levels, but part 2 ups the ante even more as John B (Chase Stokes) says in the trailer, "It's all on the line. The question is: what would we risk to protect it?"

After Kiara (Madison Bailey) laments that the Pogues are once again homeless, broke and being "chased by killers," Sarah seems to hint at the possibility that she's pregnant.

"Maybe you could find, like, one positive thing?" she asks Kiara, who covers her mouth in shock.

With a potential baby on the line, the Pogues head to Morocco with Rafe (Drew Starkey) in tow, though he says he doesn't "want any part of your little treasure hunt."

"I get you to North Africa, I get my cut. Deal?" Rafe asks John B, prompting JJ to clock him across the jaw.

"I mean, honestly, if he didn't do it, I was gonna do it," Pope says after JJ punches Rafe.

Along with a treacherous boat journey to Morocco, the trailer also sees Pope behind bars, Sarah wielding a gun, a knife fight between John B and Rafe and JJ declaring it's "my right to fight for what's mine," referring to his part 1 discovery that his real parents are actually Larissa Genrette and Chandler Groff.

Trouble seems to potentially be on the horizon for Sarah, too, as John B tells her with tears in his eyes, "We're gonna figure this out, we always do" — possibly in response to her pregnancy — and later, he screams her name, which left fans particularly worried about her fate.

As the premiere of part 2 on Nov. 7 approaches, fans are increasingly skeptical about what lies ahead for the Pogues.

Theories about Sarah being pregnant ran rampant after the trailer premiered at the Poguelandia fan event in Santa Monica on Nov. 2, and fans have also been speculating that Pankow is on his way out of the show after he told Backstage in August that he knows the show is "not going to last forever."

Ahead of the season 4 premiere last month, Cline, 26, told PEOPLE she was glad to see Sarah and John B finally having some peace in their tumultuous relationship.

"We've had enough [drama]. We have 3 seasons worth," she said.

"I feel like they have been fighting each other quite a bit and I've been tired of it. Because I'm tired of people coming for me."

Though things started out smooth sailing, Cline did tease that part 2 could bring some drama. "Just because the first five episodes start out happy doesn't mean that there isn't going to be some sort of discourse. This is TV."

The cast also teased how this season's treasure hunt levels up, as Carlacia Grant (Cleo) told PEOPLE that it has "the most stakes" and Daviss teased that the Pogues are "in deeper than we ever thought we would be."

"Cleo has experienced loss in regards to this specific treasure, so it's about revenge," Grant, 33, added.
