Specifically, patrons of Chief's are asking to see the chair that the country music star, 30, allegedly threw off the rooftop of the music venue, bar and restaurant on Sunday, April 7, leading to his arrest. PEOPLE confirms that as of Tuesday, April 9 — just two days after Wallen was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct — multiple tourists have inquired about seeing the chair. Metro Nashville police confirmed with a post on X (formerly Twitter) on April 7 that Wallen had been arrested for allegedly throwing a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar around 11 p.m. that night. In their statement, the police said that two officers were standing in front of Chief's during the incident and saw the chair as it fell. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the "Last Night" singer was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Previous reports from local Nashville outlet WKRN state that witnesses saw the singer-songwriter pick up the chair and throw it over the edge, then "laughing afterward." Following the news of Wallen's arrest, his attorney, Worrick Robinson, provided a statement to PEOPLE. “At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct," the statement reads. "He is cooperating fully with authorities.” Upon his arrest, the "Chasin' You" singer faced a bond of $15,250, per court documents, and he is next due for a court date in Nashville on May 3 for "settlement"
