While attending the opening night of Reefer Madness: The Musical in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 30, the TV personality told PEOPLE he's feeling good after turning 50 last October. "Yeah, I mean that's a milestone birthday obviously, so you kind of pause and see how you got there and what's ahead," he said. "I feel very blessed to be hanging around and working and have an awesome wife and kids and as busy as I am." "So, you know, so far, so good. Here's to the next 50!" he added. "When your son asks you to compete in the same tournament as him, you do it. You're never too old to challenge yourself & set goals," he captioned his February 2022 Instagram post, which featured photos and a video clip from the martial arts event. "Thank you to all the homies who helped get us ready!," Lopez added. He included a photo of the father-son duo posing with their medals on the podium — a gold for Lopez and a bronze for Dominic. Coincidentally, it's got singing and dancing as well," said Lopez, who — in addition to 10-year-old Dominic — shares 13-year-old daughter Gia and 4-year-old Santino with Courtney. "My wife's in it, my son's in it," he continued. "And it's coming out Thanksgiving weekend, so we're looking forward to it." Lopez also noted that the best part about working with his family is that "I don't miss them because I get to see them all the time." Close
