Produced by Madmusick and DJ Luian, the new track was written by Maluma, 29, J Balvin, 38, Edgar Barrera, Jhayco, Bifi, DJ Luian, and Jonathan Rivera. The song tells the story of two friends enjoying a night at the club while they’re surrounded by “perreando" dancing — a.k.a. twerking.

As the song ends, Balvin congratulates Maluma for everything he’s achieved thus far. “I’m so proud of what you’ve done,” said Balvin. “Proud of you because you’re hard, you’ve never stopped, you push forward, and you’ve become like my little brother.”

On Thursday night the two musicians shared a collaborated Instagram post announcing their new project that included a sneak peek at the first few seconds of the music video.

"BLACK GLASSES" IS OUT NOW!!!!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥,”  Maluma wrote in the caption.

“Run to watch the video and listen to the theme on your favorite digital platform, thanks @jbalvin for being part of this era "DON JUAN" and for believing in this cool project!"
