Photo: Stephane Cardinale/Corbis/Getty Lucien Laviscount — who plays Alfie, a businessman with a penchant for sharp suits and even sharper abs — on Netflix’s hit Emily in Paris, says when it comes to work and working out, he keeps things in perspective. “The key for me is balance, balance in everything,” Laviscount, 31, told Us Weekly. “I’d say my lifestyle in general is healthy, I love keeping active and getting out there trying new things.” Laviscount, who’s been known to show off his six pack — and then some — on Instagram, shared that his hectic work schedule can get in the way of his fitness routine. He returns to human form this summer when the first half of Emily in Paris’s fourth season is slated to premiere. It’s going to be a "chaotic" and "heartbreaking" season, Laviscount added, leading some to question what that may mean for his character, Alfie, and Lily Collins’ Emily.
