The video begins with the singer, clad in a two-piece black workout outfit, squatting in front of what appears to be a lat pulldown machine. In the next shot, she can be seen in a sleek purple one-piece while kneeling on the floor and executing quick, strong movements. Lizzo then smiles at the camera and nods.
