Lizzo is keeping fans in the loop amid her fitness journey,

The singer, 36, showed off how she’s toning her arms with a before-and-after Instagram video shared on Aug. 14, which features her doing arm exercises at the gym.

The video begins with the singer, clad in a two-piece black workout outfit, squatting in front of what appears to be a lat pulldown machine.

In the next shot, she can be seen in a sleek purple one-piece while kneeling on the floor and executing quick, strong movements. Lizzo then smiles at the camera and nods.

Although the "About Damn Time" singer didn’t share how much time had elapsed between the two video clips, she addressed her progress in the caption, writing, “If you’re reading this… remember you can do ANYTHING you put ur mind to! Stay focused, you got this 💪🏾”

The video — set to “Like That” by Future, Metro Boomin and Kendrick Lamar — already has more than 420,000 likes, with plenty of users taking to the comments to show the singer their support.

Another wrote, “Okay we love a strong woman 💪💪”

The post comes as a part of Lizzo's ongoing commitment to fitness, which she addressed last year — sharing that she was just trying to keep up with the demands of her high-energy live shows.

"Weight loss comes with the territory, but I'm not trying to escape fatness," she said at the time. "Heavy on the 'not trying to escape fatness.' Heavy f---ing on it."

"I have a very high-performance job," she said. "For 90 minutes a night, I have to do choreography, I have to sing, I have to dance, I have to rap and I have to play the flute. And I have to emote, and hype a crowd in very tight clothes, sometimes clothes where it restricts my breathing."

"It's fun. I love my job. It takes a lot of physical endurance to do what I do, and I used to be very rockstar lifestyle, used to throw myself around on the stage," Lizzo continued.

"As I got more professional in my career, I started to take the physical part more seriously."
