The makeup mogul posted a 44-second clip to TikTok on Tuesday, May 7, that included behind-the-scenes footage of her getting ready for the big event the previous day. Jenner, 26, began the video by showing off her effortless makeup look, including an array of products from — where else? — Kylie Cosmetics. "Not stressed at all," smiled Jenner as her glam team was shown putting the finishing touches to her hair. The Kardashians star then posed for a quick photoshoot in her ethereal Oscar de la Renta gown, before excitedly heading out to the annual fashion event at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art. "The night is over!" squealed Kylie. Kylie nailed this year’s dress code, “The Garden of Time” — inspired by the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” exhibit — in her pale-pink dress. The form-fitting frock featured cone-shaped accents at the bust and a dramatic train. Jenner accessorized with matching pumps and a flower adornment to her chic bun. This year marks the Kylie Skin founder's seventh Met Gala, having made her debut at fashion's biggest night of the year in 2016 in a bejeweled sheer design by Balmain. Meanwhile, sister Kim Kardashian turned heads at the Met Gala in a sheer Margiela by John Galliano dress with a lace train, featuring floral accents and leaves. The most eye-catching part of her outfit was her silver corset, giving her a drastically tiny waist. At one point, the SKIMS mogul, 43, appeared to get help from attendees to make her way up the steps as a result of the constraining dress. Addressing the cozy sweater atop her gown, Kardashian told Vogue the ensemble was meant to represent “the wildest night of my life in a garden,” where she just ran out and grabbed her “boyfriend's sweater and threw it on and had to get to work, and my hair's all messed up." In a behind-the-scenes video of her fitting for Vogue, she revealed a few more mind-blowing details about the dress that you didn't see on the red carpet, including how she was sucked into the corset. “It’s an art form, but I got it,” Kardashian said in part of breathing through her mouth so the team could lace her up. “I’ll feel so snatched," she added. "I won’t even be able to communicate to you how snatched I feel.” Close
