"Being on hallowed ground, creating this intimate set with my incredible band was such a joy for me, and I can’t wait for you to enjoy it from the comfort of your own space," said Musgraves in a statement about the performance, filmed at the same studio where much of Deeper Well was recorded.

"Your spirits were in mind," added the Grammy winner, "and I hope you feel my heart and spirit in this show, too."

Musgraves' hour-long Apple Music Live set features multiple Deeper Well tracks as well as the title track of her 2018 album, Golden Hour, and a cover of Bob Marley's classic "Three Little Birds."

"There wasn't, like, some 'aha' moment that inspired it, but I think just over the years, getting older, relationships, friendships transitioning, changing. And then therapy, learning a lot about yourself through that. And you're kind of gathering these ideas, and they're sort of making this broader picture," she said at the time.

"And then zooming into the little moments of all of that, I think… It’s very warm and vulnerable. There's a lot of open space. It really just cuts to the core of the human experience for me," added Musgraves. "And this album, I would say it's human as f---, it's organic. I think it's rooted in nature. But there's little modern bits and bobs throughout the record."
