Jelly Roll has hit an impressive milestone in his ongoing weight-loss journey, sharing that he’s lost 100 lbs. so far.

The country star, 39, shared a video to his Instagram on Oct. 22, saying, “Next year when y’all see me, you won’t recognize me.”

“I’m going to get under a pile of weights in a way that I never had,” he said, before his nutrition coach, Ian Larios, showed off what the singer (real name: Jason Bradley DeFord) has been doing to stay on track while on the road for his ongoing Beautifully Broken tour.

“We just passed the halfway point of the tour, and Jelly’s been crushing it,” Larios said.

“We’re either walking [around] the arena, playing basketball, boxing,” he explained, adding, ““He just surpassed his 100-pound weight loss.”

Larios, who said the “Need a Favor” singer’s been on a high-protein diet, also shared a few healthy recipes that the singer enjoys; He showed off a “little bit fancier” version of Jelly’s favorite pre-show snack — a banana — served with Manuka honey, Stevia, and dark chocolate shavings, which he says “fuel him before a show.”

The nutrition coach also gave an example of what Jelly eats after a performance, explaining how to make a version of Nashville hot chicken — but “taking away the oil and the batter from it.”

“We’re still having a high-protein meal,” he said, prepping a coating made with potato flour and a “little bit” of rice flour.

Larios shared that he boils French fries in bone broth, which he explained, “ups the protein in it, but it also makes it have that nice crunch to it, because we air fry it.”

“So it tricks your brain into thinking that this is, like, that nice greasy Nashville deep-fried hot chicken. He’s gonna feel like he’s eating at home.”

“It’s healthy. It’s air-fried. It’s full of protein, and it helps him stay on track,” he said of the singer, who shared in April that he’d lost 70 lbs. while prepping for a 5K.

Now, as Larios said, “That 100-pound weight loss goal from last tour is huge.” And Jelly has no plans to slow down.
