Henry Winkler is a happy man!

Appearing in a video shared on the Instagram page of Live with Kelly and Mark on Tuesday, Oct. 15, the actor, 78, revealed how glad he was to receive a video from country music star Jelly Roll after he had written him a fan letter.

“It was the most amazing thing that came from you and that he answered,” Winkler told host Kelly Ripa.

Speaking to the audience, the Happy Days star explained he wrote to Jelly Roll, 39, saying, "I write thank you notes or fan notes and I wrote one to Jelly Roll. Dear Mr Roll. And I never thought I would hear back and all of a sudden I got a video from Kelly of Mr. Roll thanking me."

"Oh my God, thank you," he added to Ripa, 54.

“By the way, it was the most exciting thing that has ever not happened to me, you know what I mean,” Ripa responded. "It was for you, it had nothing to do with me. It was for you but the fact that I was able to be the conduit was the most exciting thing.”

“I’ll show you the video from Mr. Roll ‘cause Henry calls him 'Mr. Roll' in the podcast which I think was so funny,” Ripa continued as the camera switched to her getting out her phone.

A video then appeared featuring Jelly Roll showing his appreciation for Winkler’s letter.

“Hey Mr Winkler, it’s Jelly Roll,” the musician said. “I’m just sending my love. I have been hoping to see you ‘cause I got a note and they said it was from you.”

“I didn’t believe it and this is my publicist. She hates being embarrassed but now she is,“ he added as he turned the camera to his PR, Jennifer Vessio. “And she told me it was you, she confirmed and I cannot tell you how much that meant to me.”

He continued, “I will send you a picture [of the letter] when I get home, I hope you don’t mind, I framed it. I hung it up on my wall where I have like hand written lyrics from Craig Morgan, all the stuff that’s really been special in my career.”

Following the star’s message, Ripa told the studio, “Do you know how much street cred that gave me with my kids?”

Winkler previously revealed to Jimmy Kimmel that he first saw Jelly Roll on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, prompting him to write the "All My Life" star a "I think you're great" letter.

“I think he is so filled with emotion,” Winkler told Kimmel, 56, during his appearance on the talk show earlier this month.
