On Tuesday, Hurley, 61, shared how happy she is for Millie Bobby Brown to become an official member of the family as she presented her future daughter-in-law with the first-ever global honoree for Glamour Woman of the Year award. Brown, 19, is currently engaged to Hurley's son, Jake Bongiovi, whom she shares with Jon Bon Jovi. "I'm here tonight to present an extraordinary award an extraordinary human, Millie Bobby Brown," Hurley said during her speech at the event in New York City. "Millie has been a force of nature pretty much since birth." "The Millie I know is sweet, sensitive, loving, smart and beautiful," she continued. "But the thing that's most special to me is she loves my wonderful son Jake. Soon she will be my daughter-in-law, and I couldn't be happier or more proud." Brown accepted the award by thanking her future mother-in-law for the kinds words. She said: "Dorothea has raised her son, my fiancé, to feel comfortable around strong women, to see women as equals and to be an ally. I'm so lucky to know you." Congratulations sweetheart you deserve it ❤️," Jake captioned the picture. Brown also shared her own Instagram post with two different photos. The first being a solo. The second being a photo of her, Jake and Hurley. "Such a wonderful night filled with love and celebration. To have both my mum and dad plus my American mom there for me, I felt so loved!
