Feds Allege Diddy Had 1,000 Bottles of Baby Oil. But Despite Lawyer's Quip, Costco Says He Didn’t Buy Them There

Speculation from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorney has prompted a response from Costco.

Marc Agnifilo, who is representing the music mogul facing federal sex crime charges, told TMZ that it was possible that Combs could have purchased baby oil — allegedly found by authorities in Combs’ homes — at Costco, the wholesale giant.

“He has a big house, he buys in bulk,” Agnifilo speculated to TMZ. “I think they have Costcos in every place he has a home.”

Authorities said in an indictment they found 1,000 bottles of baby oil, but Agnifilo disputed this number.

Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution in a federal indictment unsealed on Sept. 17. Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, is accused of coercing or forcing women into participating in “freak offs,” which prosecutors claim are highly elaborate sex performances with male sex workers that would allegedly require intense physical exertion and often involve drugs.

Months before Combs was arrested in Manhattan, federal authorities raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami. In the indictment, prosecutors claim over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant were found in his homes, and that the bottles were part of his “freak off supplies.”

In response to Agnifilo’s claim that the baby oil could’ve been purchased in bulk at a Costco, the retailer told TMZ in a statement that they do not sell baby oil in any of their United States locations.

Costco did not immediately respond to a request for comment from PEOPLE.

Combs was denied bail by two different judges and is currently being held in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
