Human Interest Real People Real People Births Nancy Grace Hospitalized with Pregnancy Complications The Headline News anchor, who had blood clots in her lungs, is now recovering By Gerri Miller Published on November 13, 2007 07:55PM EST Photo: Robert Pitts/Landov Headline News anchor Nancy Grace, who gave birth to twins Nov. 4, has been hospitalized with complications from her pregnancy, the network said Tuesday. “This past Sunday, Nancy started experiencing discomfort, and was having trouble breathing, on her way to church,” Headline News spokeswoman Janine Iamunno says. “She was brought to the emergency room in Atlanta. Her doctors found two blood clots in her lungs, which occurred as a result of the pregnancy.” Grace, 48, who married investment banker David Linch in April, had developed pulmonary edema during pregnancy and delivered Lucy Elizabeth and John David two months ahead of her January due date. As first reported by TV Web site TVNewser, Grace is recovering in the hospital where she is expected to stay for the rest of the week. “She thanks everyone for their continued prayers and support,” says Iamunno.
