Entertainment Music See This 8-Year-Old Norwegian Girl Sing Frank Sinatra Perfectly Norway's Angelina Jordan sang "Fly Me to the Moon" on late-night show Senkveld By Nate Jones Published on May 7, 2014 11:15AM EDT Photo: Movie Clips Despite being born years after Ol’ Blue Eyes’s death, Norway’s Angelina Jordan has done Frank Sinatra‘s memory proud. On a March appearance on Norwegian late-night show Senkveld, the 7-year-old Norway’s Got Talent alum sang Sinatra’s classic "Fly Me to the Moon" in a jazzy style that belied her young age. (She has since turned 8.) Maybe it’s her accent, but something about Jordan’s singing is able to transport us back to the smoky bars of the 1950s, a time when men wore hats and women were “gals.” Watch the video above, and then see some of Jordan’s other covers below: "Gloomy Sunday" "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" "I’m a Fool to Want You" "What a Wonderful World" Like us on Facebook for more stories like this!
