After joining the NZAGE as an employer member in 2020, I joined the organising team as a Committee Member in 2021. I was an ambassador for NZAGE to help support the agenda, vision and values of the organisation.

I helped with the annual calendar of events, networking and engagement with members. For the 2021 Summit, I had the pleasure of facilitating a panel discussion on 'attraction' and presenting the Best Graduate Campaign Award.

I helped with the annual calendar of events, networking and engagement with members. For the 2021 Summit, I had the pleasure of facilitating a panel discussion on 'attraction' and presenting the Best Graduate Campaign Award.

In August 2022, I was promoted to be part of the NZAGE Board to lead the agenda, vision and values of the organisation, helping to develop and improve the early talent recruitment industry in New Zealand.

For the 2022 Summit, I had the pleasure of once again facilitating a panel discussion on 'attraction' on the day. Before the day, I helped organise the keynote speaker as well as organise the sponsors for the event.

In 2023 and 2024, I was the lead for our surveys, membership, sponsorship, marketing and organising our Summit keynotes. During my time, I've helped to double our membership and increase the number of sponsors supporting our Summit & Awards event. I also organised us joining the International Network of Employers and University Careers Services (INEUCS).
