  • Yesterday, our Christchurch team participated in a refresher GAT session with the outstanding crew from MATES in Construction NZ reinforcing the importance of mental health awareness in our industry. The challenges facing our sector when it comes to mental health remain significant, but organisations like MATES are making a tangible difference. Their message is simple yet powerful: 'mates helping mates'. It’s about creating a supportive environment where open conversations are encouraged, and we all take the time to check in with one another. We’re proud to stand alongside MATES and continue supporting their essential work. By equipping our teams with the knowledge and tools to care for each other, we’re not just improving workplaces—we’re saving lives. Together, we can break down stigma and lead the way toward a healthier, more compassionate industry.
