Female black Lab mix (Fort Oglethorpe)

Reposting for my mom.
"Umbree" is a 6 year old black Lab mixed, we are unsure of what she would be mixed with, but definitely has lab.
We are trying to re-home "Umbree" to a loving forever home.
She is fixed and up to date on shots.
She has gone to the groomer regularly for the past few years.
She is such a good dog, she is super playful, well behaved, and loving dog.
She is great with kids, especially babies.
She is so gentle and she can even do basic sit and lay commands.
We want to find a good home for her because she really is an amazing and chill dog.
Before my mother had her, she lived in a house with cats and other dogs and got along great with both.
We just want "Umbree/Umbreon" to be able to live her best life.
We are looking for a small homing fee, negotiable for the right home.
