Pointer heeler mix for adoption (Chickamauga, GA)

I'm moving out-of-state.
Unfortunately, I cannot take her.
She does not do with car rides.
And this car ride is like 17 hours long.
She needs a home with fenced-in yard or some sort of farm so she can run and play.
Comes with a very large crate and 1 smaller 1 that you could put in the back of SUV for transport.
She'll come with her food bowl, water bowl and whatever food I have left and her toys.
She's current on rabies and some other shots that the shelter gave to her when I adopted her.
She is microchipped and spayed.
