    Hospitality in leadership. It sounds obvious, but is it? Do the current leaders apply hospitality in their leadership? And is it hospitality that can make the difference?
    In five months of research we found the answers to these questions.We did interviews with experts and a questionnaire with employees from hotels in the Netherlands.

    Does hospitality in leadership make the employees more satisfied? And if the employee satisfaction increases does the guest satisfaction increase…

    Hospitality in leadership. It sounds obvious, but is it? Do the current leaders apply hospitality in their leadership? And is it hospitality that can make the difference?
    In five months of research we found the answers to these questions.We did interviews with experts and a questionnaire with employees from hotels in the Netherlands.

    Does hospitality in leadership make the employees more satisfied? And if the employee satisfaction increases does the guest satisfaction increase simultaneously? And most important: does that influence the profit of the company positively?

    We developed a advisory report for the client who owns a consultancy and training bureau. This way the client can optimize the effectiveness of his training-program.
