A Smile That Touches Hearts: Together, We Bring Christmas Joy to Children! 🎄 With great joy and deep commitment, we are once again participating in the WPK Weihnachtspäckchenkonvoi gGmbH in Germany, which embarked on its journey to Eastern Europe on November 30, 2024. An impressive 147,232 lovingly packed gifts are being accompanied and distributed by 260 volunteers. Currently, 33 trucks, 6 coaches, and 10 escort vehicles are on their way to bring hope and joy to remote regions. Several Raben Depots in Germany served as collection points for gifts, with our Eisenach location acting as the central warehouse for the initiative. We are proud to actively participate in the convoy with several of our own trucks. Our dedicated employees were not only actively involved during the organization at Raben, but also drive in the convoy themselves – with heart and passion. The gifts, including toys, writing materials, hygiene products, and sweets, will be distributed to clinics, orphanages, schools, and kindergartens in remote and rural areas of Eastern Europe. This project impressively demonstrates how we use our logistical expertise for a good cause. It's more than just participating in a charity event - it's an expression of our belief that companies have a responsibility to effect positive change in society. We are deeply thankful for the overwhelming support from all involved. Together, we are setting a sign of hope and showing that compassion knows no borders. Each parcel is more than a gift – it's a symbol of hope and solidarity. It shows: We are there for each other, across all boundaries. Raben and Elcar on a common way to optimization The implementation of the Elcar system - continuous monitoring in our trailers is another step towards increasing the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of deliveries made. Thanks to the data collected from the entire fleet by Elcar sensors and displayed in a single panel, our fleet management team has full knowledge of the current traffic situation.
