Together with Campusatsea and the Dutch Seaweed Group, we will be hosting a workshop on creating local food systems from marine resources. North Sea Seaweed 2024 was a huge success!!   With over 220 participants (seaweed entrepreneurs, food, feed, packaging, biostimulant & cosmetics companies and policy makers) we went through the latest challenges and opportunities in the European seaweed industry in just one day. It was a high pressure cooker of new insights, successes, learnings and discoveries of new opportunities, but the ever present stunning view of the North Sea kept everyone energised throughout the day! On behalf of the NSF team Thank you all for coming and making this event a success!   We would especially like to thank all the speakers who supported us yesterday: Burgemeester Van Zanen, Vincent Doumeizel, Laura Huff, Robert Carleke and Kajsa Olsson.
