🚀 We will build an entire New York City every month for the next 40 years. 🌍 By 2050, 7 in 10 people will call cities their home. This surge in urbanisation will triple passenger-kilometers globally, presenting an unprecedented challenge—and opportunity—for mobility and sustainability. At Automicle, we’re on a mission to empower organisations to unlock value by bridging the gaps in ground transportation. This enables our partners to achieve traffic demand management goals and contribute meaningfully to UNSDG Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity we had to participate in the 2024 MINI Impact Program by URBAN-X. Jef Heyse and Mohit Mishra flew to New York City supported by MINI Netherlands. A big shoutout to Tristan Bel, Johan Schwind, Jean-Christian (JC) Jung, Sarah Schappert, Alia (Verloes) Eaton, Zihao Wang, Emily Ehle, Mike Lightman, James Calhoun, Dean DiPietro, Karol Munoz, Newlab, Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, and the entire team at URBAN-X. We were also thrilled to meet inspiring founders who flew in from around the globe on a mission to leave an impact that the world will thank them for in years to come. ✨ https://lnkd.in/euu_DG2S #UrbanMobility #Transportation #Impact #Startup #MINI #BMW #UrbanX #NYC #Brooklyn #Newlab #MaaS #TDM #LEED #BREEAM #MaaF
Over ons
Automicle connects any digital platform with transport operators which is as easy as writing a few lines of code: call a couple of APIs to become digital selling points of transport services like bus, tram, metro, trains, parking and more. Built upon the founders' years of experience in driving interoperability and behaviour change initiatives in the employee mobility industry, Automicle is on an ambitious mission to unbundle the 2 sided marketplaces where consumers and transport providers need to be on an exclusive platform to discover and transact with each other into an open network whereby they can be discover and transact on any platform of consumer's choice. This simple yet bold idea to achieve interoperability at scale was selected by the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Policy among 5-startup delegation to represent The Netherlands at the G20-DIA Summit held in Bangalore, India.

🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 We’re thrilled to announce that Automicle has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Urban Mobility India (UMI) Innovation Challenge 2024, organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, GIZ India, and the Institute of Urban Transport (India). 🎉 Having recently launched the Open Mobility Network with our partners and showcased our innovative approach this year at the United Nations, The India Advantage Summit [TIA Summit], and the Ljubljana Forum, we’re now gearing up to reveal our Digital Infrastructure for Public Mobility. Our work with local partners, combined with extensive learnings and deep experience in Europe, leverages India's Beckn Protocol, laying the foundation for a true internet of mobility. 🚀 With a growing population comes growing traffic congestion. From multimodal transfers to unlocking new efficiencies in urban hubs, Automicle is poised to tackle city congestion by reimagining how services can be discovered, managed, and optimized for the urban landscape. 🌆 Earlier in July, at the UN HQ, we made a bold claim: that next year, we will present an interoperable network between the Netherlands, India, and the United States. What began as a concept perceived as complex has now become an impactful reality. Curious about what this could mean for the future of mobility in India? Join Jef Heyse and Mohit Mishra at the UMI Final Pitch Day on October 25, 2024, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where we’ll share more about this exciting journey and our vision for the cities of tomorrow. Stay tuned—you won’t want to miss this! 👀 #UrbanMobility #UMI2024 #SmartCities #FutureOfMobility #InnovationChallenge #DigitalInfrastructure #MultimodalTransport #Sustainability #Mobility #Transportation #India Amit Pal | Marius Koerselman | Jan Kuenne | Rajarshi Rakesh S. | Youri Doeleman | Ronald Jan Schuurs | Arun Sadhashivan | Nitin G. | Davy Louwers | Dmytro Skyba | Ann M. Proud to see that Automicle's solutions can now be demonstrated as an integrated part for parking management of Arcadis' #ASTraM platform. The AI enabled Trafic Management system, as explained during the The India Advantage Summit [TIA Summit] by mr M N Anucheth, IPS - Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Bengaluru City - is already having a positive effect on the reduction of traffic congestion. Our mobility component for parking - supports on- and off-street parking infrastructure management for cities and parking providers to manage reservations, occupancy, pricing and promotions. The front end for users is available and ready to be integrated in any website, webshop, app, event ticketing platform and is supporting both open and closed user groups. These end-users components are part of a full #MaaF (#mobilityasafeature) mobility suite offering intermodal trip planning, eTickets for public transport, parking and hubs, bike & car rental (and soon ride-hailing). For Mobility Consultancy organisations and departments, we are launching an Early Access Programme to start exploring the flexibility of Automicle's solutions. Interested to hear more? Get in touch!
At the TIA Summit, keynote speaker Jef Heyse captivated the audience with his insights on transforming the future of mobility. He emphasized the importance of connecting transport operators to streamline urban transportation systems and improve overall mobility practices. Jef introduced Automicle, a cutting-edge platform designed to revolutionize how we approach mobility by integrating automicle, a solution enabling easy adoption of smart transport technologies. These innovations, along with the support of mobility service desks, are paving the way for more efficient, accessible, and sustainable transportation solutions for cities worldwide. As we move towards smarter cities, it's exciting to witness how these practices will contribute to a more connected and sustainable future for urban mobility. #Mobility #SmartCities #TIA #Amaze #TransportInnovation #UrbanMobility #Automicle #ConnectedTransport #Sustainability #MobilityPractices #Innovation #SmartTransport

At the 8th. edition of the The India Advantage Summit [TIA Summit] I had the honor to moderate the panel for the #future of #mobility and it was truly mind provoking, what was presented. Sanjeev Sharma presented the incredible capabilities of Swaayatt Robots (स्वायत्त रोबोट्स) in the field of #Autonomous #Driving, no pre- trained maps needed, no pre- trained vehicle behaviors of other participants on the road- ( what would you train in India ?) extremely efficient in computing power- competitors in the West - we are coming. Venkata Subbarao Chunduru yes #Bengaluru has a traffic challenge such as many other cities too, but if you use #Ai and #Prediction and #Simulation models you can react- and reduce the congestion as Arcadis does together with the Bengaluru traffic Commission - they achieved within one year a reduction of congestion of 20 +% . Jef Heyse presenting how in the Netherlands and beyond #Multi #Modal #Transportation is made available powered by the Beckn Protocol and even #Parking and all the combined services are made discoverable, through the solutions by Automicle . Shan M S took us on the incredible success journey of Namma Yatri a community driven taxi solution, which is build on the principals of an open transaction network, again powered by Beckn Protocol Anirban Sinha showed the power of the Digital Public Infrastructure by Beckn Protocol and the FIDE Foundation, by providing a bridge between mobility and energy. Akhil Jp cofounder of Pulse Energy showcased how #EVCharging can be made easy and accessible through an open network and how big fleets like Uber green relay on them. Thanks to the great discussions and thanks to Jose Jacob Kalayil for carefully curating this event. Last week Miha Mermal Chief Marketing officer and Chief Sustainability officer of BTC d.d. in #Ljubljana one of the biggest shopping centers in #Europe invited us Automicle and Enterprise Development Group, Inc. to discuss #future #mobility solutions for the area. A #Multimodal concept is needed which requires seamless solutions across all means of transport. With the #Open #Transaction #Network based on Beckn Protocol and supported by the FIDE Mohit Mishra was able to frame a possible solution, which will include all stakeholders. Miha Mermal is as always ahead of the curve as he was interested in #Digital #Public #Infrastructure for more than two years already. Besides we were able to discuss #Circular #Economy approaches in the #Fashion industry and we discussed the solutions provided by Un - The Upcycled Denim Revolution a StartUp from #Bangalore. 6000 + liters of fresh water per Denim- should not go to landfill- but back and up cycled into the stores. Looking forward to the next steps and may be again at The India Advantage Summit [TIA Summit] together with Jose Jacob Kalayil.
