On 11th December 2024, we proudly hosted the TPIB Recognition Ceremony 2024 to honour the incredible achievements of our 26 Long Service Awards (LSA) recipients and 14 Fairfax Asia Ambassador Awards (FAAA) nominees. What an incredible week it has been! TPIB proudly wrapped up its inaugural HR & OSH Week that was held from 18 – 22 November, and it was nothing short of a success! For five days, we came together for a dynamic mix of interactive workshops, engaging activities, and thought-provoking discussions, all designed to deepen our understanding of people, performance, and culture. From hands-on sessions to daily quizzes and fun carnival that challenged our employees’ knowledge, the HR & OSH Week sparked energy, learning, and camaraderie across the company. On November 8, 2024, The Pacific Insurance Berhad hosted a memorable Deepavali Dinner Gathering at Namaste India Bangsar, bringing together over 70 agents, internal staff, HODs, and members of our esteemed Board of Directors. It was an evening of camaraderie, celebration, and connection. The event kicked off with a warm welcome address by Mr. Gobi Athappan, Executive Director of The Pacific Insurance Berhad and Chairman & CEO of Fairfax Asia. We were also honoured to have Mr. Ravi Prabhakar, Senior Executive Vice President & Fairfax Regional Leader, officiate the dinner. A key highlight of the evening was the exciting Lucky Draw, where eight fortunate winners walked away with cash vouchers! The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and excellent music, courtesy of a talented live band. A heartfelt thank you to all who attended and made the event truly special. On Saturday, 9 November 2024, TPIB had an amazing time participating in the 16th Asian Institute of Insurance (Formerly known as Malaysian Insurance Institute) Annual Bowling Tournament, where we sent two teams to compete against 33 others! It was a day filled with friendly competition, team spirit, and plenty of strikes. As always, we embodied our motto—Speed, Service & Tender Loving Care—on and off the lanes.
