    Holders Club: A Journey to Acquiring Our First Luxury Vacation Rental Property When we started building the Holders Club portfolio, we had one goal: to invest in prime luxury vacation markets that offer value appreciation over time and great short term rental demand. 🌴⛷️🏞️ After extensive research for our first property, we zeroed in on Los Cabos, Punta Mita, and the Mayan Riviera. What came next was nothing short of a deep dive into each market: 🔍 We analyzed hundreds of properties across these three locations. Each property went through a rigorous evaluation process, factoring in everything from: - Seasonality and rental restrictions - Supply and demand dynamics - Price per square meter, ADR, occupancy rates - Operating costs and revenue projections But we didn’t stop there. 🏠 We toured countless homes in person, working closely with local brokers, property managers, and developers to get an insider’s understanding of the market. This process gave us invaluable insights into which areas were booming and what types of properties would perform best. ✍️ After months of due diligence, we ran the numbers on every shortlisted property and sent out dozens of offers. There were plenty of back-and-forth negotiations—but eventually, we secured a property that checked all the boxes. That’s how we acquired our first asset: a stunning property in the gated community of Fundadores, Puerto Los Cabos. This thorough process is how we’ll continue to approach every acquisition moving forward. 💼 In real estate, especially at the luxury level, it takes seeing hundreds of options to find the right one—but when you do, it’s worth it. 🚀 What’s next? We will keep growing and diversifying our portfolio, currently setting our sights on a ski destination in the U.S., expanding into new markets with a mix of beach, mountain, rural and urban properties. This approach allows us to create a more balanced and resilient portfolio, catering to vacationers year round.
