Our team member, Mr. Fahdhulla Yaameen, successfully participated in the "Certified HR Auditor" program conducted by the Maldives Association of HR Professionals- MAHRP. The program concluded with over 23 participants and was delivered by Dr. T.V. Rao and Mrs. Nandhini Rao, covering key topics such as concepts of HRD and HRD systems, auditing the HR sphere and competencies, building intellectual capital, and establishing the HRD scorecard.
