- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 am to 5:15 pm, or 7:45 am to 5:45 pm
Qualities of Our Superhero Candidate:
- THE DESIRE AND COMMITMENT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE – because you're a real-life superhero!
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a child care setting – show us your magic in the same age group (licensed or church-based)!
- A professional, positive attitude – the more smiles, the better!
- 18 years or older, with a minimum of an HS Diploma or GED – we like wisdom, too!
- Ability to pass background checks, medical clearance, and child abuse and neglect clearance – safety first!
- Dependable and reliable transportation – you're our daily sunshine!
- Desire to obtain Child Development Associate (CDA) within 6 months of hire – we believe in growth!
- Classroom duties: Plan the coolest curriculum, add play-based activities, be a diapering/toileting champ, and keep things spick and span!
- Ability to handle the physically active role – superheroes need to stand, walk, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs with style!
- Loving, patient demeanor with children – a heart as big as our dreams!
- Fluency in English and the gift of gab – communicate like you're on a kid-friendly talk show!
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 8:00-5:45 – because we're on a schedule!
