We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, supervising students, and providing guidance and support to parents.
We are looking for someone who is patient, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow while encouraging them to express their feelings and opinions in a positive manner.
- Provide proper care and supervision to children during classroom hours, including feeding, diapering, and proper hygiene practices
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
- Provide open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
-Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, behavior management, or toddler care is preferred
- Experience working with students in a childcare, nanny, or classroom setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
