*Job Description:* As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our household, as well as providing support at the insurance underwriting office.
Your responsibilities will encompass: *Household Chores:* * Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment.
* Manage laundry, ironing, and clothing care.
* Organize and declutter various areas in the home.
* Oversee household maintenance and coordinate repairs.
*Childcare:* * Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for our children.
* Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both educational and recreational.
* Coordinate and manage schedules, school pickups, and extracurricular activities.
*Running Errands:* * Handle various errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package deliveries.
* Manage appointments and scheduling for the family.
* Organize and maintain family calendars and reminders.
*Food Preparation:* * Plan and prepare meals using only organic, high-quality ingredients.
* Plan meals and snacks with a focus on nutrition and health.
* Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences within the family.
*Office Duties (Insurance Underwriting Office):* * Act as a point of contact for phone reception.
* Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, especially in a household with children.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A strong commitment to using organic and high-quality ingredients for meal preparation.
* Knowledge of cooking and meal planning, with an emphasis on healthy and sustainable options.
* Flexibility in adapting to the family's needs and changing schedules.
* Childcare experience, including child safety and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Office experience with phone reception and data entry skills.
