Daycare Assistant Teacher

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom Requirements: - Previous experience in daycare, nannying, babysitting, or related field preferred - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Strong classroom management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is a plus) We offer competitive pay rates, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
