Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow.
Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting social-emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.
Responsibilities: - follow lesson plans - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence - Come to work on time - Have a pleasant attitude - monitor the progress of each child, - Must be able to pass back ground clearance - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and teach appropriate social skills Skills: - classroom management skills to clean and manage cleanliness - complete training - staff off of cell phone while working - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students Qualifications: - diploma - Previous experience working as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include every task or responsibility that may be required.
