Infant Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners - Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom - Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support the individual needs of each child - Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Implement literacy education strategies to promote early reading skills Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - CDA - Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or classroom setting - Knowledge of early intervention strategies and special education practices - Strong behavior management skills to create a positive learning environment - Familiarity with tutoring techniques to support struggling learners - Understanding of child welfare regulations and guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities We offer competitive salary, health benefits, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
