We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing dental partnership network’s (“DPN”) Accounting team.

Summary The Finance Team performs FP&A functions to drive strategic decision-making across the company.
This position reports directly to senior management and contributes to the continued development of the organization's financial and strategic goals.
The target candidate is an analytically minded individual with strong finance and/or accounting skills that will help improve profitability, business performance and data driven decision making.
They will identify process improvement opportunities and partner with senior management to ensure improvements and solutions are implemented.
The right candidate will also have a strong desire to contribute beyond this primary responsibility, contributing to financial analysis across an array of company initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the Vice President of Finance and other senior members to enhance and maximize business performance Drive core budgeting processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the organization Developing new analytical packages and driving improvements in overall FP&A processes in order to simplify and enhance the organization Provide critical financial analysis relating to the company’s strategic plan (e.
g.
cost savings opportunities) Identify key financial metrics and offer recommendations based on analysis Evaluating strategic alternatives, integrations and other strategic growth initiatives Performing ad hoc analyses (e.
g.
deep dive cost studies) that support management in developing initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements Support financial reporting preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements Assist in the preparation of presentations to senior management and Investment members Assist with Lender relationships and required financial reporting preparation Lead or participate in cross functional projects as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance 5+ years of relevant experience (Preferred: Healthcare specific) Experience specifically working in budgeting, forecasting and core FP&A functions Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Must be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and deadlines Demonstrated experience working in teams and independently Project management skills and analytical/problem solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships across the company outside of finance and accounting Compensation & Structure Base Compensation: $70K - 80K + bonus opportunity 401k Program: Participation in 401k plan with company match Benefits: Competitive health, dental, vision, long term and short-term disability and life insurance plans Location: On-site - Miami, FL - Blue Lagoon area Guardian Dentistry is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
