BMG Money, a privately held, fast-growing consumer lending online services company is seeking a compliance risk analyst for its Miami, FL main office.
Note: this is NOT a telecommuting position
*Underwriter responsibilities*
* Ensure compliance and underwriting guidelines are met.
* Identify and mitigate risk: analyze and interpret data to prevent fraud and ensure a low default rate in a high-risk environment.
* Look over personal identification.
* Reviewing financial statements and tax reports
* Review current loans.
* Loan processing
* Risk Analysis
* Decision-making based on credit analysis.
* Determine the ability of the client to repay based on an analysis of cash flow and other financial information.
* Provide excellent customer service.
*Qualifications*
* Two or more years of related experience is a plus.
* Related experience preferred is retail
* Knowledge of the finance industry (bankruptcy concepts and terms)
* Excellent verbal-written communication, and telephone coverage skills
* Good interpersonal and customers service skills; positive, can-do attitude, active listener, empathetic
* Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
* Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Adapts quickly to changing environment; able to multi-task; punctual (attendance and with work duties)

Base salary with comparable benefits
Monday- Friday 10:00am-7:00pm EST (Must be able to work this schedule)
