Accounting Clerk

Job Title: Accounting Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team at Del Toro Insurance Agency.
Job Description: As an Accounting Clerk at Del Toro Insurance Agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
-Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
-Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
-Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
-Generating financial reports and providing support for audits.
-Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
-Performing general administrative tasks to support the finance team as needed.
Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
