Job Description:
Five to seven (5-7) years of DoD accounting or auditing experience as well as an in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)/internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) experience; Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-123, A-134, A-136 and other OMB policies; DoD and Army financial management policies and procedures; Army policies, systems, and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MS Office-Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and SharePoint Additionally, Contractor shall have functional expertise with GFEBS, GFEBS-SA, DAI, GCSS-Army, MOCAS, EDA, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), the Defense Travel System (DTS) and the GPC/GTC programs.
S/BA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (if BS is not in accounting, seven to ten (7-10) years’ experience and a minimum of 24 credits in audit/accounting is required).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
