```Responsibilities:```
- Provide administrative support to the the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with financial tasks such as financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Utilize financial concepts and tools such as debits, credits, budgeting, and QuickBooks to support financial operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate and organize company events or meetings.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and experience with financial report writing, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
