2024 Internship Program – it’s 12 weeks.
Starts May 28, thru August 16th, 2024 (must be an active student enrolled in Graduate or Under Graduate Program) Title: Financial Planning & Analyst Intern Company: BDSI Job ID: 98666 Location: Miami, FL Position Summary: The Financial Planning Team is responsible for foundational piece of the business.
The function ensures growth and profitability are center focus when making key decisions for the company.
Key Learning Outcomes: This project will focus on overall Talent Pipeline.
The intern will be responsible to develop resource forecasting for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools.
Initiates analysis of; resource forecasts and/or control account.
Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports.
Initiates variance analysis and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
The internship will offer the opportunity to perform and simulated LRBP (Long Range Business Plan) as the capstone of the project.
This will include and not limited to evaluating Income Statement & Balance Sheet Risks & Opportunities, projected long term growth and profitability, etc.
; Out-brief will be given to Finance Sr.
Management and business CFO(s).
Project will help train and build talent pipeline while providing expanded opportunity to connect cross functional partners.
The day to day RAA will play a key role in ensuring budgets are adhere and BDSI is meeting overall costs objectives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Minimum GPA of 3.
0 Junior, Senior or Graduate level students Must be enrolled in a 4-year Degree program aligned with critical talent areas (i.
e.
Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Detailed-oriented individual Microsoft Office (i.
e.
