Accounting Clerk

JOB TITLE: Staff Accountant LOCATION: Miami, FL TYPE: In-Office SCHEDULE: Full-time TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent PAY RATE + BENEFITS: 45k to 50k per year.
Competitive Benefits DESCRIPTION: Join our global aerospace company as an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in our Accounting Department, performing routine tasks and providing essential support.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Compile and organize invoices and checks.
Match invoices to work orders.
Support customer billing processes.
Enter daily financial transactions into the database/ERP system.
Provide accounting and clerical support to company personnel.
Assist in preparing various accounting statements and financial reports.
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
Prepare monthly sales commissions.
REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of accounting support experience or demonstrated knowledge.
AS degree or equivalent experience and/or education combination preferred.
Thorough understanding of AR and AP bookkeeping and accounting principles.
2-3 years of experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP systems.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment a plus.
