Blackstone Credit – Institutional Client Solutions, Client Operations Analyst Business Unit: Blackstone Credit Business Description: Blackstone Credit is one of the world’s largest credit-focused asset managers.

Job Title: Analyst Job Description: The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Client Operations and will provide client service and support to investors in various Blackstone Credit Funds.
The candidate will liaise with numerous internal groups (accounting, legal, operations, compliance, and technology) and third party service providers (fund administrators, etc.
).
Responsibilities will include: Handling client inquiries related to Blackstone Credit Funds or SMAs Managing Fund Administrator Relationships Creating and distributing capital call and distribution notices to Limited Partners Working closely with members of the deal team, accounting, legal, tax, and marketing to coordinate the writing and delivery of notices to investors on a timely basis Investor onboarding Subscription document review AML and CRS / FATCA compliance checks Ensuring all client data is updated in all internal systems for monthly subscriptions or after Fund close Preparation of quarterly/annual due diligence questionnaire reports Preparation of RFPs to support new business development Investor account maintenance Reviewing custodial changes and client transfers Coordinating change of address or other contact information with marketing assistant and fund administrator Verifying client wire instruction changes AUM tracking and reporting New capital inflows, redemptions Maintaining data for BX website information and other marketing AUM data Organizing and maintaining fund and investment data Credit market exhibits and updates, all charts for presentations, investor questions, other data (ongoing communication with sell-side to gather data and use of Bloomberg) Maintaining investor reporting websites (consultants) Maintaining and organizing all due diligence materials (breaking down AUM in various ways for, investor databases, etc.
) Creating PowerPoint presentations Qualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
Candidate should be a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate must have: 1+ years of professional experience Excellent communication skills, organization and interpersonal skills The ability to multi-task and prioritize and be extremely detail oriented Strong excel and database skills The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position.

Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
