Billing Coordinator

*This position consists of tasks of sending new invoices / billing to clients and ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time.
Client-focused and assist them with any issues with invoices.

*Analyze and resolve customer billing issues in a timely manner.
Utilized problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies between invoices, payments, and accounts receivable & accounts payable.
Applicant must be flully bilingual in English and Spanish.
