Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an accounts payable specialist to join our team in Doral for an on-site opportunity! Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and invoices - Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and ensure compliance with company policies - Prepare and analyze various reports related to accounts payable activities - Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Requirements: - Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.

, QuickBooks, Kronos, Ceridian) - Experience with payroll management and HRIS systems (e.
